Thank you so much for the lovely meal last night, it was totally unexpected but the food and wine were absolutely delicious. You have a great team of chefs and waiting staff who provided a knowledgeable and wonderful dining experience.

As I briefly mentioned to you, overall our meeting went very well indeed and the client was so happy with the end result. Your hotel was an unknown quantity for all of us, but from the first steps from Venue Sourcing and Contracting with Andrew, to working with Simon, Lillian and Anthea from Encore it has been a seamless process.
